Hi all, did someone knows how to calculate the "weight" of raster data (uncompressed) to evaluate if a layer goes beyond the 10GB limit of sharing? There is a software that does the job? It would be useful if TITAN viewer itself could do this. Cheers, Pietro |

Pietro, I don't know of a software, but the formula to calculate uncompressed raster size = rows x columns x number of bands x (bit depth/8) Amy |

Added to above: bitdepth would be 16 for 16bit data, So 16/ 8 = 2 would be 8 for 8bit data, So 8/8 = 1 |

Also! File format, projection, and stats, and so forth will add a very small % Hope this helps, Amy |
