Subject: Not able see specific user

Hi,

I am not able to see my collegue the user list in the messanger. He can able to see me and post msg afterward i can view his place.
Also His user list and my user list is different.

Dighal, Did this problem persist or did it resolve? My first thought is that you may have been experiencing a delay in the update of the user list, at most not to exceed one minute.

Its strang but we have some common user between us but still the user list varies, its almost 3days not , still not solved.
I can understand list showing or not showing due to firewall or port factor but different member name in the list is bit strange

Are you and your colleague behind the same firewall? Ie., is this someone else at ERDAS, India?

Well correct they are in same organisation, ERDAS India, but geographically in different location.
