I've downloaded Leica Titan and directly after the download TITAN worked well.
After a short time I stopped my work with TITAN software and closed it.
A few hours later I wanted to continue exploring the TITAN software, but only the TITAN Messenger started. Nothing else. I've kept on trying to launch it (yes, I've discovered the "Launch TITAN client" command) but the TITAN-viewer never gets started or opened or anything else.
Could anybody help me, please? Probably the problem is firewall related or should I change my internet options? |

Quite odd. There are two ways to reset the viewer state to default though.
1. This method blows away all existing TITAN user information, so you will have to log in and reshare again. This is the sure fire way though.
Delete the contents of "C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USER NAME\Application Data\Leica Geosystems". This will reset TITAN back to it's original state.
2. This method will reset the viewer to a default state. It will maintain all your shares, history, etc...
Create a shortcut to TitanViewer.exe (located in c:/Program Files/TITAN 2.0), and add the option "-safemode" to the shortcut. Launch the shortcut.
If step 1 and two don't work for you, then please let us know and we will enable logging information to get a more detailed idea of what's going on.
