Hi, is there any way to retrieve the login password in case you have lost it?
Is then possible to change it?
And finally, why the username and password I use to access this FORUM is not valid to login on TITAN too (or the contrary, if you prefer)? |

Hi,
The new TITAN Client actually logs you into a new Leica TITAN Network. The beta client we are retiring will still log you into a *different* network for a little while longer, and we will fully retire that beta network within a month.
Notice at login that the new Network now says LeicaTITAN.com. It used to say yourgeo.com. We did a one-time port of beta network usernames and passwords to this new network. Unfortunately we don't have the 'forgot password?' mechanism enabled at this time. Password retrieval plus other account management features are due out with a a version release later this year.

Thank you for checking on a couple of things, we'll continue to look into this. Also we notice that someone else at the same network IP as yourself (same organization) is having the same problem.
