Hi, I've installed TITAN 2009 on a PC that connects to Internet with a wireless ADSL+ router. When logged in it suddenly pop up a message saying: "Web server could not start on port. Please change from port 8090" then opens up a window like the one attached... I tried to solve the issue configuring the virtual server router to grant the use of port 8090 on the machine (with local static IP), and filling the "Home URL" without any result. What could it be the problem? Pietro |

Hello, Just a couple of ideas: Make sure you are not running any zone-alarm style software that might restrict the use of ports. Also, can you tell us what OS you are using? If the problem continues, you may need to uninstall your titan client, and re-install the latest version. If a message box appears requesting permission to contiue when the program launches, click "Allow". |

Ok, solved the issue... You were right: I granted full access as Server to TitanIM.exe on Zone Alarm and now no more messages. Thanks, PB |
