I´ve installed Leica Titan and when I try to open the software an Authenticating interface appears and showing an network error. The IT of my company mentions that our proxy must be bloqued. So I need the address of the master server in order to release the access. Could you, please, send us this address? thanks, Paula IMAGEM - Brazil Leica Official Distributor. |

The Leica TITAN client makes outgoing connections to the following IP addresses and ports:
IP: 69.64.64.116 Port: 8443 IP: 69.64.64.117 Port: 80
You will need to make sure your firewall allows outgoing connections to these addresses in order for Leica TITAN to work properly.

At home it works fine but at work I get this: After "authenticating with Master Server" I get a error message "A Network error Occured" We set out firewall port open for the TCP and UDP ports 8443 and port 80. Could it be that the Titan software can't work through firewalls and proxy's? Thanks, bozelie |

Your firewall must allow direct outgoing connections to ports 8443 and 80. |

Hi,
In your firewall settings the following ports must be open:
TCP port : 80 (outgoing ip: 69.64.64.117) -> Titan Messenger TCP port : 8443 (outgoing ip: 69.64.64.116) -> Titan Viewer UDP port : 11479 (send & recieve ip: 69.64.64.117) -> Titan Messenger
