In my office, there are three colleagues.
Each of us registered a account to join Titan Network.
I can not see the other two colleagues in titan network, though they are on line.
sometimes, they can not see me either.
why?

If your colleagues have logged on successfully, there shouldn't be an issue with the firewall. Most likely, their user list just hasn't updated yet. It may take a few minutes before the user list is updated with changes.

Hi,
If you dont have the UTP ports open in the firewall, you are still able to login.
But you won't see other users, I had the same problem.
The UTP ports must be open for retrieve and send to see the other users.
