Hello there,
it would be interesting to have a timestamp for received instant messages. When you are away from your desk for a while and then come back, you find an open IM window and you have no idea of when the latest message was received. That's a common functionnality in usual messenger applications and could be quite nice with our worldwide TITAN network.
