Hi,
Working a while with Titan, but the messager is really lacking functionality.
I keep going back to other messanger to do stuf.
One big thing what i'm missing is the ability to send files.
This could be just txt,doc,ppt or zip files, but it could also be complete datasets.

With Leica TITAN, we offer government organizations, geospatial data providers and consumers a dynamic online solution for sharing *geospatial and location-based content* in a single, secure environment. The Geospatial Instant Messenger is a communication protocol that allows users within the Leica TITAN Network to chat, find, download and retrieve geospatial data and web services. Users and communities also have the ability to publish geospatial data and web services that others can directly access and retrieve.
Our primary focus at this time is in creating the ideal gateway for sharing geospatial data that can be streamed to other users' various desktop and online applications, including other 3D virtual globes. However as the Leica TITAN Network grows, we plan to add other non-spatial content that can be shared through the Geospatial Instant Messenger. Thanks for your input on sharing these common file types.
